Many women will move heaven and earth to maintain fulfilling relationships with the people they care about. Rarely do they put the same energy into taking care of themselves.

It’s not until the physical and mental challenges associated with menopause, that many women realise that they need to invest in their relationship with themselves in order to be better partners, parents and friends. 

My name is Lisa, and I work with women just like you. 

I know first hand what it’s like to juggle all the demands of being a woman in todays world. And most importantly, what it is like to have hormones shift your perspective on everything – just at that point in your life when you had finally thought you had it all together. 

As a coach and yoga teacher, I bring a mind / body approach to helping you navigate the mental and physical changes of being a mid-life woman. 

And ultimately develop a more nourishing relationship to food, your body and yourself.  

There’s no one size fits all approach to feeling happier and healthier.
