What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy draws from the ancient traditions of Eastern Yoga, supporting all five layers of the whole self:
body, breath, mind, emotion, and soul.
It meets you where you are and does not require any previous experience, any level of fitness or
a deep understanding of self.
Yoga therapy, like yoga, is a journey of practice that does not aim for an end goal or require
a particular starting point.
Instead, we will work together to find the movement, breath or visualisations that work to improve
your overall wellness as you are today.

Life is full of juggling and curve balls.
