In addition to personalised sessions, you’re welcome to join our weekly slow mindful yoga classes. These classes are designed to be gentle on both the mind and body, making them perfect for women’s wellness. Our private studio in Moss Vale, located in the Southern Highlands NSW, offers intimate class sizes so that every woman receives personal attention and care. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Class Schedule:
Tuesday: 10 AM & 6 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM *& 6pm
Leave each session feeling relaxed, stretched, and rejuvenated.

A Yoga Experience
Looking to add something special to your weekend plans? Our Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation Experience is the perfect way to indulge, stretch, and unwind. This 75-minute session is designed to strengthen and relax both body and mind, offering a blissful escape during your stay in the Southern Highlands.
Located in Moss Vale, this small, private studio can accommodate up to 6 people for only $195, making it an ideal activity for your next girl’s weekend away or special event.
