Weekly Yoga Classes
You’re welcome to join our weekly slow mindful yoga class designed to be gentle for your mind and body. Every ‘body’ is different, and this private studio has limited spaces, meaning individual needs are considered and no prior yoga experience is required. Our classes are perfect for promoting women’s wellness.
Located in Moss Vale, in the Southern Highlands NSW, yoga classes are on Tuesday at (10am for morning sessions and 6pm for evening sessions) and Wednesday at 10am, where you’ll leave feeling relaxed, stretched, and strengthened. Our sessions are designed with women’s wellness in mind.
Expressions of interest are welcome for other days, and private sessions are available.
A Yoga Experience
A Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation Experience is the perfect addition to your plans for an indulgent weekend away. Indulge in a 75 minute experience to stretch, strengthen and relax your body and mind.
Located in Moss Vale, in the Southern Highlands NSW, this small private studio provides a yoga experience that caters for up to 5 people. Why not plan a yoga experience for the next ‘girl’s weekend’ away?
