Discovering the profound connection between the 7 energy centres and our everyday lives becomes an enlightening experience, especially when accompanied by the aromas of essential oils, heightening our senses.

Following lunch, you have the option to retreat to your personal space on our tranquil property, allowing you to journal your reflections and intuitive insights. As part of this experience, you will receive the exquisite dare.dream.create journal, providing a beautiful canvas for your thoughts.

We conclude our day with a meditation session, weaving together the insights gathered from our shared experiences in the circle. I am genuinely looking forward to sharing this transformative and peaceful journey with you.
